Cruise–Mexico: Part 2

We found a hotel called Sergio’s.

cruise47

Walking through and seeing all the touristy shops.

cruise48cruise49

Celo spotted a stray dog. Looked more like a wolf to me.

cruise50cruise51

Our ferry to take us back to the boat. This thing made me a bit seasick.

cruise52cruise53

The two family pics. Again. Sorry about the sun flare on your face, Dad!

cruise54cruise55

I have no idea what I’m doing here.

cruise56

On our way back to the ship.

cruise57

We spotted a McDonald’s and Sergio had to grab a bite. He has a goal of going to McDonald’s in whatever country he visits.

cruise58

Aww, Tio Dabit.

cruise59

I wonder how annoying I was. “Let’s stop and take a picture in front of the ship again!”

cruise60cruise61

The view from my parents’ room while we were waiting to leave Mexico. I wish I would have taken a picture of the delicious fish tacos we ate.

Cruise – Mexico: Part 1

I took a lot of pictures in Mexico, so I must break this up.

The two family pictures again. This was right when we got off the ship in Cancun. I love how David is filming me taking pics and I’m taking a picture of him filming. We should seriously team up for Florenzini productions. It would be epic.

The videographer of the trip:

cruise32

Couldn’t go to Mexico and not take the following 2 pictures.

cruise33

cruise34

We rode this ferry to get to Playa del Carmen, where we met up with my mom’s long time friend.

cruise41

The beach at Playa del Carmen was beautiful. Waaaaay prettier than the beach we live 20 minutes away from.

cruise35cruise36

What would they have done without their tractors?

cruise37

I didn’t know I stand like that when I take pics.

cruise40cruise39

Gorgeous!

cruise38

cruise42

Pepsi truck! I drank a soda every time we got off the boat. Sodas were ridiculously expensive on board.

cruise43cruise44

cruise45

I love it!

On the Boat

There was lots to do on the big boat.

There were emergency drills to be had. These pictures are blurry because I was rushed. Some of us wanted to hurry up.

cruise20cruise21

Some of us sported cute bathing suits and out of control hair.

cruise22

Some of us thought this was the most relaxing vacation ever and the life we’ve always deserved.

cruise23

Some of us thought the salty pool water was delicious.

cruise24

Some of us were very vigilant about watching the kids.

cruise25

Some of us slept. Or pretended to sleep.

cruise26cruise29cruise27

Some of us played games.

cruise28

And some of us took pictures. But I don’t have a picture of that.

Cruisin’ Together–Key West

We went on a family cruise to celebrate my mom’s 50th birthday. This will be an overload of pictures divided into each destination. First up, Key West. I’ve lived in Florida for most of my life and this was my first time going. It was beautiful. I would definitely like to go back.

We started out with a nice dinner. The staff was amazing with Diego’s allergies. I was so so thankful for that.

cruise01

Old ship at Key West. We kept doing 2 pictures so that we could all be in one. Sergio, my parents, and me and the kids. Then us with Sergio, David, Marcelo.

cruise02cruise03

Very cool tree. I love that you can see my dad’s feet coming out from behind.

cruise04

Eliana did a lot of this:

cruise05

Some sights, including Ernest Hemingway’s home:

We walked to the Southernmost Point in the continental US and had to wait in line for a pic. Here’s Tato helping Celo wait patiently.

cruise11cruise13

Eliana looking cute. And then there was a trade.

Two family pictures again:

The boys weren’t going to make the walk back, so the three of us made this poor guy get quite the leg workout hauling us back. The kid had some calves!!
